@Leah78 I know that because Moftis said ""All the rumors we hear about Season 5 of Sherlock coming up are false."This means that as long as it is not Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss who make an announcement for season 5, there is none.

Sadly, I don't think so. Cuz Netflix does not run Sherlock. It's a BBC creation. So, for it to be official, I think Steven Moffat or Mark Gatiss or BBC wud hv to announce it.
