I’m not sure, when I watched it the first time Sherlock was drugged and thrown into the taxi then they played the ‘game’ at 221 Baker Street, the second time I watched it the taxi driver came to Sherlock’s home and told him to follow him when no one was looking they them met at a empty college and played the ‘game’ there, it really confused me since the both start and end the same way.
