BLOG- QUESTION
Question:
ok, here is question that has always bothered me and I want to clarify this query!
Q: Does Sherlock really find Irene Adler attractive? Or was it just temporarily? /gen Thanks!
Editing help
I’m having a bit of trouble I have no idea how to change photos on actors pages. I want to update them to something more recent if that’s okay. Also if anyone wants to help me I’m working on expanding Sherlock’s the characters page by adding on to the biography
Edit: Never mind I figured out the picture thing
Sixth Grader's Questions on Sherlock
Hi, this is Taylor speaking. I've got some questions about BBC Sherlock, because well, I'm in sixth grade and I don't really understand this kind of stuff the way teenagers and adults do.
So first I really don't get Johnlock...Do we mean gay or as friends? That can be really confusing.
Okay, alright, so why do we see Irene in Sherlock's mind palace during John's wedding(as I remember so)? Why would Irene Adler just POP UP when Sherlock's BEST FRIEND is getting MARRIED?! Like, I seriously can't see why.
Then it's Sherlock's sister. What did she actually hear in Sherlock's music? And like, what was the song Sherlock played? She was talking about a woman, wasn't she? Was it Molly? If it is, does that mean Sherlolly is real?
And finally I can't re…
Hello
Hello... I've just stumbled upon this place and uh... is BBC Sherlock good? The only Sherlock Holmes content I've been into is Moriarty the Patriot, Fate Grand Order, and Bungo to Alchemist (and even then the last 2 don't really count) and I'm interested in expanding my horizons :)
Fan from Egypt
My name is Badr El Amir Bally but my friends call me Bobby or Bob. I currently live in Egypt but was born in Brighton, UK in 1981.
I've been a big fan of the Sherlock Holmes mythos, my first introduction to anything Sherlockian was an Arabic dub of Sherlock Hound.
My favorite incarnation of the great consulting detective is Jeremy Brett.
John really had a blog wow
Hey all. I have started watching sherlock about 2 weeks ago and already finished everything. Yup. In just 2 weeks. A recent fandom I have been in was the Harry Potter fandom so I already knew about Wiki Fandom and I searched up Harry Potter facts here so I used this as my Sherlock information source haha, I was reading an article about John then at the end of it was the nubers meanings (I forgot what you call them.) and I didn't realxze that people actually made his blog a real thng! His blog led me to BBC one website, which led me to The Science Of Deduction, then back to John's website and then to Molly Hooper then to her website. You might attack me for saying this but I ship Sherlolly so I really wish she could have wrote a bit more in…
This is MY story
Hello everyone,
My name is Sofia. Im a girl who loves the sherlock holmes books, and movies. I'd love to become a strong and independent girl, just like Enola. I'd also love being a criminology detective or a private investigator. Watching the Enola Holmes movie just made my target clear.
My Journey as a Sherlockian
My Journey as a Sherlockian
Hello everyone!!! This is my first blog post and I hope you like it!
You might know me as Hipunicorn21, but you may call me Richard Brook if that pleases you ;)
Anyway, I have been apart of this great website for about a year I do believe. This place has helped me to remember that I am not the only Sherlock freak in the world. Which should be taken as a compliment XD! I can definitely say that Sherlock Holmes, from the original writings, has had a powerful impact on my life. I have become more observant and I cannot tell you how much more fun people watching is now! Honestly, if I didn't have any other plans for my future career, I would probably dedicate my studies to become a real-life Sherlock Holmes. It's a …
Week 1 of Being an Sherlockian
I placed a bet with my friend on how long I’d last in this fandom. She said 3-5 weeks. I’m determined to prove her wrong. Mostly because I’m tired of switching fandoms all the time. Also, Sherlock Holmes has waaaaaaay too many remakes and adaptations for me to get bored easily. Check back in a bit!
Interesting facts about Sherlock Holmes
Hey guys! I am a new blogger, and I try to write some engaging content. Please check out my post titled: Interesting Facts about Sherlock Holmes.

Sociopaths
Sociopaths are not people. I should know. I am one. A sociopath is very well hidden in the world. They're always aware of their surroundings. Often forget the unimportant. I have managed to see one other sociopath in my life and I was pretty glad I never had to see them again. Not because I was scared, but because they were real and obvious. Sociopaths have a lack of remorse which explains why I don't have empathy for people. But one thing I have always hated about humans is that they always go by what they see written online. A sociopath is not someone who has the same character traits as described online. People are so gullible to believe everything they see, even if there's no proof. There are things worth telling and others worth explo…
Sherlock Holmes on the Radio
https://archive.org/details/sherlockholmes_otr
Posted at the link are 52 shows from the Mutual Broadcasting System radio program starring Basil Rathbone as Sherlock Holmes and Nigel Bruce as Dr. Watson.
The show was sponsored in 1939-40 by Grove's Bromo Quinine and later enjoyed an extended run as The New Adventures of Sherlock Holmes under the sponsorship of Petri Wines. These recordings are of varying quality with most in the good to very good sound range. The files have been tagged with the most accurate information available and each file name begins with the original broadcast air date. ——internet archive

Hey there Potterheads.
I would like to ask you a few questions and yes this is not wiki related but it is FANDOM related, so very important.
Do you like this wiki? Do you enjoy coming here and editng/posting/commenting and being a user? Do you enjoy open internet or perfer a bureaucratic internet run by government organisations? Do you like open internet?
I know these are rhetorical questions. The answers are yes, yes, yes and yes. But the European Union seems to disagree and probably doesn't support Open internet, which may result in deletion of many wiki contents and even many wikis itself!
Want to know how? Here it is . Support FANDOM.
Hello Everybody!
I'm a fan of the Holmes franchise (if you would call it that) though I've only read most of Detective Conan and the Boy Sherlock Holmes series . And so most of my works will revolve around that certain series. However I do enjoy helping out and would love to start reading the originals written by Conan Doyle. So you probably will see me around. Cheers!
Oh, Sherlock.
Hi! I'm a private investigator. (Not really) *takes out FBI card* There. Believe me? Hahaha! Joking. I'm SPNtotalfan123, a super fan of Sherlock. (Don't notice my name) Anyway. John really does like Sherlock. And I think that's the reason why he does all the cases with him! Thanks alot for listening. I know this blog is small. But most of them are small. Bye!

New Sign of Four resources available for students and teachers
I am not sure if anyone has seen these books...
Ray Moore, writer of quality Study Guides for High School students, has published his latest resource for students and teachers on the classic Sherlock Holmes novel, The Sign of Four.
His valuable Study Guide meets the needs of students who want help understanding the birth of the detective genre, the Sherlock Holmes canon, and the historical background to the story. It offers chapter-by-chapter commentary and guiding questions, and a concluding analysis of the text.
For the busy teacher, also available are graphic organizers which allow students to make concise notes on Holmes’ scientific method of detection, and to explore the character traits of the primary characters.
However, if you want mor…

New Sherlock Story Discovered in Attic
You might have heard already, Baker Street fans, but a new Sherlock Holmes story was discovered recently in an attic! However, it looks like this "new" story might actually just be fanfiction. According to Flavorwire, a man named Walter Elliot discovered the 1903 pamphlet with an unsigned contribution in his attic "with a painting of an old wooden bridge that had been washed away by a flood in 1902." The story is called “Sherlock Holmes: Discovering the Border Burghs and, By Deduction, the Brig Bazaar” and was part of a pamphlet with other stories to raise money for the restoration of a local bridge.
Apparently Sir Arthur Conan Doyle was a frequent guest in that area and was the fundraiser's guest of honor, but Flavorwire's reporter writes …

the news article on death of James Phillimore from study in pink
Boy, 18, kills himself inside sports centre
by Aileen Hickey
crime correspondent
The body of James Phillimore was found in the Norbridge sports centre. The police are describing his death as a suicide and have apparently ruled out foul play. His body was found at seven o'clock this morning. He was last seen the previous evening. He told a friend he was returning to his house to fetch an umbrella, and was not seen again. James - Jimmy to his friends - was a first year student at the Roland Kerr further education college, and worked nights at a garage to finance his education. His mother is being treated for shock, while his uncle described him as "The last person in the world to commit suicide. A gentle, lovely boy. This isn't possible." Jame…

The Rabbit Attack
Hello again,
It's me, Felix. Just another case that I remembered and didn't want to lose; it would really help if I had a Watson of my own...
There had been several incidents at my school concerning theft. Everything that was stolen was taken unseen with no-one seeing the culpirt yet they had barely any time to leave the scene befoer people arrived.
i was hired on this case by one of the girls in my class. Her necklace had been taken from her bag on the floor, yet no-one had walked up to her. She was incredibly confused and decided to consult my opinion on the case.
After going through the evidence and trying to peice together a pattern, I came to one conculsion; it was time for a stake out.
I snuck back into school at lunch, the time that our …
The Missing Watch
Hello,
My name's Felix. Not actually, but this is my character name. The author is actually a girl. Weird, huh?
Anyway. I'm a detective. A junior detective, you might say. I'm only a child (just).
It's happened again! The author has made me older than she is. Well, imagination knows no bounds, eh?
So. This, if you haven't bothered to read the title, is The Case of The Missing Watch. My first ever case.
Allow me to tell you all about it...
It was just a regular school day. I trudged to school hoping that I'd remembered everything, inculding lunch. (It's surprsingly easy to forget!) I'd double and triple checked my rucksack and I was feeling confident when I saw this boy sitting on the kerb. I walked up to him, as you do, and asked what was wron…
Inactivity
I just wanted to let everyone know that I will be mostly inactive for the next six weeks, due to work at camp and vacation. So, during that time, if you have any editing tasks for my bot to preform, just leave me a message on my wall. I may be coming home some weekends in-between camps, so if and when I do I'll run my bot. Cya guys in about six weeks!
AutoWikiBrowser, and what it means for Baker Street
Okay, this is a blog post in regards to a few comments I've had on here. To start off, nice and short, yes, I employ and Auto Wiki Browser (hereby shortened to AWB), and no, it's not a bot.
Now, for the long version.
For those of you who don't know, and AWB is a program available on Windows that allows for faster edits. While it does work similar to a bot, it is not actually a bot. When using an AWB, the user has to double-check all edits made so that it doesn't make changes that are actually unwanted or wrong (as can happen with bots, as it's all automated –> see here).
For some reason, despite this being a wikia, people hate me using wikipedia as a source. Regardless, I'm going to quote their page on AWBing and what it means for a wiki.

Sherlock Season 3
So I have been dabating about this with myself for quite a while because I think that they are all really good, and I wanted to knoe what you guys think.. What is the best eppisode in BBC's Sherlock season 3? The Empty Hearse, Sign of Three, or Last Vow?
Help Build a Sherlock Personality Quiz
The return of BBC's Sherlock seems so long ago but the wait for the next one is going to be just as long! To celebrate Series 3 and to keep us entertained before the next season out, we are going to make a personality quiz and you can find out who from Sherlock you would be!
To help out, submit a question that you think belongs on a personality quiz! We want the final results to be Sherlock Holmes (Cumberbatch), John Watson (Freeman), Irene Adler (Pulver), Mycroft Holmes (Gatiss), Jim Moriarty, and Molly Hooper so your question needs to be fairly vague to keep the mystery of the final result alive! When you submit your question, please include the result for each answer option. For example,
Which activity seems most appealing to you?

Sherlock Holmes Museum in Playing Card
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/376971306/sherlock-holmes-museum-in-playing-card
Hi, my name is Ashram. I am a 2D digital artist specialized in realistic art creation. I am a big fan of Holmes and I have a complete set of books of Sherlock Holmes. As a detective fan, I am very familiar with all the characters and plots. It has been a long time for my urge to create some arts about Holmes.
One day, an idea came to my mind when I was playing poker with my friends “what if I was playing poker with Sherlock Holmes illustration on the cards?” It is not only an interesting poker card but also a mini art-collection.
I am so excited with this opportunity to pay my highest tribute to Holmes. Well….I mean highest tribute as in&#…
