Kate is a live-in associate of Irene Adler.[1] Not much has been revealed about her besides the facts that she is Adler's friend, confidante, and implied sexual partner.
Appearance[]
Kate is pale and slim, with auburn hair.
Biography[]
Kate is seen helping Adler dress and prepare prior to Holmes' and Watson's arrival, commenting that Holmes is a "lucky boy" when Adler decides to wear her "battle dress" (i.e., absolutely nothing). She answers the door of Adler's expensive Belgravia home and allows the two to enter. She is not seen again until after the Americans have left, when Watson finds her unconscious on the bedroom floor.
