Paul Freeman is the English actor who played Professor James Moriarty in the comedy film Without a Clue, starring Michael Caine and Sir Ben Kingsley.
He is probably best known for his performance as French archaeologist Rene Belloq, the lead antagonist of 1981's Raiders of the Lost Ark, co-starring Wolf Kahler. Other notable roles include the Reverend Philip Shooter in Hot Fuzz, co-starring Martin Freeman.
