This is the place to make a suggestion for the next article to be featured on our main page. In an ideal world the featured article should be a showcase for our wiki, an example of the best we have to offer.
As a rough and flexible guide, articles featured should be as complete as possible, with at least one picture and should not be a stub. Before suggesting an article you might want to:
give it a quick check for spelling and grammar
see if there is anything else you can add to it to improve it
see that it has references where needed
You don't have to do any of that of course, but it might be something worth thinking about.
If you see a suggestion you like then give it kudos.
(If you think that this post/the selection process could be improved in any way then feel free to let me know!)
I think we should feature an Elementary article again. We should try to promote it. Don't get me wrong, I'm a big Sherlock fan but it's already popular. Also, Guy Ritchie's Sherlock Holmes may actually be more well known than Elementary.
Whilst input from anons is welcome in many areas, when it comes to a situation where a vote might be called for then I have to say that only logged in users can be counted.
Otherwise we have no way of telling individual votes apart.
Apologies, and I'd encourage you both to make accounts. That way we can welcome you personally and you can easily keep track of the edits you've made. Logged in users also see less ads and their IP address remains hidden.
